Rewardsco ensures the overall quality of our rewards fulfilment process from start to finish. From the sourcing of products from one of our 80 suppliers, to loading our clients’ catalogues on a quarterly basis with 2,500 products across 17 different lifestyle categories, to ensuring delivery to our clients’ members. Rewardsco uses a virtual warehousing system. This means that we do not warehouse the products ourselves, but rather make use of our suppliers’ specialised facilities. This not only ensures timely delivery of the requested products to the programme members, but it also guarantees the latest rewards at the best possible product price.
The benefits of the virtual warehousing system is that it allows for Rewardsco to offer a price positioning approach on all of our sourced products as we do not have to pass on any costs through warehousing.
